SHOWNOTES
Glory Story (2:43)

God enjoys spending time with you in everything you do. Don’t compartmentalize intentional prayer time to just spending time with the Eucharist or reading the Word of God. He desires to abide in you at all times and in all places. Invite him to be part of everything in your life.

Listener Feedback (9:37)

Vasectomies (12:36)

I’m a cradle Catholic, but for about 20 years I lapsed from the church. During that time I got married. We didn’t want kids and my husband got a vasectomy a few years ago. Now that I’m a practicing Catholic again (my husband is Protestant)  I feel like this is unforgivable since it’s practicing ongoing birth control. What do you think?

– Courtney

Faith After Death of a Family Member (17:15)

How can I get my faith back? I stopped going to Mass after my mom passed away last June.

-Cathy

Prayer Journaling (24:11)

What are your thoughts on prayer journaling as a form of prayer to/with God?

-Sarah

Gay Relationships (28:51)

I have a 33 yr old granddaughter who is in a gay relationship. I don’t agree with her lifestyle, but I love her unconditionally and I cannot turn my back on her even if she were to marry her partner. A priest has advised other family members that they cannot receive communion if they show my granddaughter any support of her relationship. What are your thoughts on this?

Meet Your Host, Fr. Josh Johnson:

While Fr. Josh was raised Catholic, he didn’t like the Church growing up. One day, in adoration, he fell in love with Jesus and received the call to become a priest. Now, Fr. Josh is the pastor for Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Louisiana, and he is a presenter in two of Ascension’s programs: Altaration, and YOU: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body.
